KEY TERMS / Partnership terms

Partnership validation

The first entity to complete the agreed validation amount for the region becomes that region’s integrator.

Revenue sharing

After qualifying as an integrator, the entity participates in the relevant regional revenue sharing in accordance with the rules.

01 / TEAM & COLLABORATION

Coordinated by the Hong Kong team, with joint participation from regional DAOs

The Hong Kong team is responsible for technology research and development, operational coordination and collaboration support.

Technical personnel from DAO organizations in different regions jointly participate in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and feature optimization. Feedback from local communities informs technical improvements, keeping system development connected to practical needs.

02 / PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE

Independent projects, collaboration through governance mechanisms

D-Wallet’s technical development and maintenance are jointly supported by the Asia DAO Alliance and the alliance’s DAO technical guild, with collaboration conducted under the relevant governance mechanisms.

Regional integrators carry out regional promotion and business collaboration under the partnership arrangements. Decisions concerning promotion plans follow the relevant DAO governance procedures.

03 / VALIDATION & REVENUE

Agency validation and revenue rules

Regional cooperation requires completing a certain validation amount. The first entity to complete the agreed validation amount for the region becomes its regional integrator and participates in the relevant regional revenue sharing as agreed.

Performance review

The review period, performance criteria, revenue-sharing percentage and conditions for terminating the agency relationship are implemented in accordance with the rules.

04 / REGIONAL RIGHTS

Regional qualification and promotion responsibilities

  • Regional aggregation uses a whitelist mechanism. The first entity to complete the agreed validation amount for a region becomes that region's integrator; subsequent relevant whitelists are incorporated into that regional qualification under the partnership arrangements.
  • Integrators may propose exclusive promotion plans in accordance with local laws and regulations. These plans are reviewed through DAO decision-making procedures, and integrators bear the legal responsibility arising from their promotion plans.
  • Partnership qualification may be transferred as stipulated in the document; a dedicated NFT serves as a digital rights credential for integrator status.
